Delivery
Delivery times are given as an indication and correspond to the times once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Regarding the preparation of your order, except during peak periods, we prepare your package the same day if you order on a working day before 10 a.m. and the next day if you order on a working day after 10 a.m.
If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, we will prepare your order the next business day.
Delivery times may be longer when the collection is released (2 to 7 days).
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number for your order to be kept informed of the successful delivery of your package.
If your order includes an available product and a pre-ordered product, the entire order will be shipped when all products are available.
Delivery costs are free with Mondial Relay for purchases over €190 in mainland France.
We are a small family business just starting out, so we ask that you contribute to the delivery costs.

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned to us.
Items must preferably be returned in their original packaging or, failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, new, unworn, unwashed. Any item returned that is non-compliant or damaged will not be accepted for return.

By going to your customer area on “My account” / “history and details of my orders” / “details” ,

And telling us which option you have chosen.
Once the return request has been validated by us, and still within the time limit indicated previously, you will need to send the package accompanied by the purchase invoice/delivery note by Post using Colissimo to the address indicated below:

Please note, if you do not request a return in your customer area or by email and do not follow the returns procedure, we will not be able to reimburse you.
The risks and return costs are your responsibility.
Young brand just starting out, we cannot currently cover return costs.
Upon receipt of your package and according to your choice:
- We will carry out the exchange (subject to available stock) and we will inform you by email. We will cover the reshipping costs in this case.
- We will proceed with the reimbursement which will take place within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the return of the products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
- We will issue a credit note linked to your customer account and we will send you the code by email.
